How to register an account on the MyPrivateBank platform?

Enter your username, email address, PIN to confirm payment transactions, and a strong password to sign in to your account on the account registration page. The account registration act is a confirmation of the User's consent with the current User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

I forgot my account password, what should I do?

First make sure that your account password is really forgotten or permanently lost, then use the password recovery feature. Click "Forgot password?", enter the email address the account was registered to and click "Restore". Wait for an email with further instructions. If you don’t get a message within 3 minutes, check the Spam folder.

How to create a deposit or how to invest money?

Select an investment plan, having studied the detailed terms for profit accrual, select an available payment system and enter the amount in USD you want to invest. If you invest in cryptocurrency, it will be recalculated in accordance with the current exchange rate. Click “Create a deposit”. Attention! The cryptocurrency deposit must be paid within 30 minutes from its creation. The amount paid must be equal to the one specified when creating the deposit. Note: To pay the deposit from the internal balance, click "Pay from balance" on the deposit creation page.

When is the cryptocurrency deposit activated once it is paid?

The deposit made in cryptocurrency is activated in the Personal Account automatically once the payment transaction is confirmed by the blockchain network. This takes up to 15 minutes in most cases, but sometimes the transaction takes more time. Note: it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the blockchain basics in public domain before using cryptographic currencies as an investment

What restrictions apply to the investment and withdrawal amount?

You can invest at least 10 USD for daily investment plans, and at least 100 USD for investment plans with deferred payment. The maximum amount available for making a deposit is 50,000 USD. Note: there are no restrictions on the number of deposits created. The minimum amount available for withdrawal from the account balance is 0.1 USD (0.001 BTC, 0.01 LTC, 1,000 DOGE, 0.003 ETH, 0.004 ZEC, 0.003 BCH, 0.003 DASH).

When will the profit be accrued to the deposit created?

The profit is accrued every 24 hours from the moment of deposit activation in accordance with the specified conditions for the amount and terms on daily investment plans. Profits are accrued on a lump sum basis at the end of the term of the deposit created on investment plans with deferred payment.

How to withdraw profit from my balance?

Select the payment system on the withdrawal page, enter the details of a personal account you want to withdraw funds to, enter the withdrawal amount and confirm payment with the PIN input. Click "Withdraw funds".

When will the funds be credited to my account in the payment system?

The operations for USD, BTC, LTC and DOGE withdrawal are instantaneous and occur in an automatic mode. The ETH, ZEC, BCH and DASH withdrawals are done manually. Sometimes the withdrawal can take up to 24 hours.

I requested a withdrawal, but the money was not credited to my account, what should I do?

Please do not worry. Contact the Support team not earlier than 24 hours after the withdrawal. Most likely, we already know about this problem and will solve it before you contact us.
